Thirty vehicles targeted in tyre-slashing spree
Thousands of pounds worth of damage has been caused to about 30 vehicles in Montrose after their tyres were slashed.
The vehicles were targeted in Baltic Street in the early hours of Tuesday.
Tayside Division officers are still attempting to trace the owners of some the vehicles that were vandalised.
It follows a similar incident where car tyres were vandalised in Montrose on the weekend of 17 and 18 December.
Drivers in the area have been asked to check their vehicles and report any damage to police.
Officers said they were following "positive lines of inquiry" into the incidents.
