Biker killed in crash named as Stirling man John Fraser

A 57-year-old man killed in a motorbike collision in Perthshire has been named.

John Fraser, from Stirling, was one of two bikers involved in the collision, which happened on the A85 between St Fillans and Lochearnhead.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other rider was taken by helicopter to Ninewells Hospital where he remains.

The incident happened at about 12:00 on Sunday. Police Scotland said inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the collision were ongoing.
