Male pedestrian dies after being hit by car on A90
A male pedestrian has died after being hit by a car in Angus.
The incident happened on the southbound carriageway of the A90 Forfar to Dundee road, near Tealing, at about 18:20 on Thursday.
Police said James McPhee, 41, died at the scene after being hit by a black Kia Sorento car.
Officers said they were particularly keen to speak to the driver of a car similar to a Red VW Golf that has been travelling south before the crash.
They would also like to speak to any drivers who may have given the deceased a lift, or who may have seen the accident.
