Police identify Rosyth man killed in crash near Lockerbie

Police have identified a man killed in a two-car crash on the A74(M) near Lockerbie on Monday.

Michael O'Donnell, 58, of Rosyth, died at the scene of the accident at about 04:40.

The crash on the southbound carriageway involved a silver BMW and a grey Ford Kuga and closed the road for about 10 hours.

Police investigations into the cause of the accident are ongoing and witnesses have been asked to come forward.
