The Eyemouth RNLI lifeboat crew has been called out to help a trawler which had lost drive and needed to be towed back to port.

The incident happened at about 08:50 about a mile off the Berwickshire coast.

The lifeboat was on the scene within five minutes and took the Our Catherine under tow.

It was assisted by St Abbs independent lifeboat and the trawler was safely taken into harbour.

The Eyemouth lifeboat was called out to assist the same vessel late last year.
