A75 reopens near Eastriggs after multi-vehicle crash

A major route through Dumfries and Galloway has reopened after a multi-vehicle crash.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident near Eastriggs at about 11:00.

Police Scotland closed the route for about an hour-and-a-half to allow for clean-up operations.

One man was taken to hospital as a result of the crash but police said he was not thought to be seriously injured.
