Arrests over Moffat timber vehicle fire

Two men have been arrested after a fire which destroyed a timber vehicle worth more than £50,000 near a farm in southern Scotland.

It follows an incident at Moffat overnight between Wednesday and Thursday last week.

Police said a 22-year-old man from Courance and a 21-year-old from Lockerbie had been arrested.

They said the pair were expected to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court.
