Carlus McNicoll's body discovered in Belfast harbour

Police have confirmed that a body found in the harbour area of Belfast Lough on Sunday was that of missing Stranraer man Carlus McNicoll.
The 24-year-old student had last been seen on a ferry just before it docked on 8 January.
An extensive missing person's enquiry had been carried out by both Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary and the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
Police said a post mortem had confirmed the cause of death as drowning.
