Four in custody after A90 'failure to stop' incident
Four people have been taken into custody after a vehicle allegedly failed to stop on the A90 north of Aberdeen.
The Monday morning rush-hour incident left three police vehicles and five others damaged.
A red Mercedes A180, which had been reported missing earlier from the Union Grove area of Aberdeen, was later recovered in the Blackdog area.
Police Scotland said no-one was injured.
Det Insp Stuart McAdam said: "Pursuits will only be conducted when safe to do so.
"The safety of the public throughout remains at the forefront of our priorities and I would like to thank motorists for their co-operation while this incident was dealt with."
