Aberdeen pedestrian seriously injured by car
A man has been seriously injured by a car in the centre of Aberdeen early on Sunday morning.
He was struck by a white Seat Toledo on King Street, near to the junction with Frederick Street at 01:36.
The man is being treated at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The driver of the car was uninjured.
Sgt Malcolm Kinross of Police Scotland's divisional road policing unit has appealed to witnesses to make contact.
He said: "Inquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing and I would like to thank everyone who has already come forward with information.
"However I am appealing to anyone who has not already spoken to the police who witnessed the incident to get in touch via 101."
