Three adults and child rescued from Aberdeen flats fire
Three adults and a child have been rescued from a block of flats in Aberdeen following a fire.
More than 20 firefighters helped tackle the blaze at Blenheim Place in the city's Queen's Cross area.
The emergency services were called to the scene at about 18:50 on Sunday.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said the blaze was put out by 19:30, and that four people were taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
He added: "Firefighters in breathing apparatus entered the flat and successfully extinguished the fire. In the process they rescued a man.
"Other crews searched the flats on the first and second floors and one man was rescued by a ladder from the first floor.
"A woman and child were also led to safety from the second floor."
