Woman accused over Peterhead 'dog attacks'

A woman is to stand trial charged with causing a dog to attack two people in Peterhead.

Vickilee Galloway, 36, is alleged to have incited a Staffordshire bull terrier to attack Brian Pennie and Stacey Ann Findlay last February.

She is also said to have kicked and stamped on Mr Pennie and struggled with Ms Findlay.

The attacks are said have been to severe injury, permanent disfigurement and the danger of life.

Ms Galloway faced the accusations at the High Court in Glasgow.

Judge Lord Boyd set a trial due to take place in September in Aberdeen.
