Porsche stolen during high-value Aberdeenshire thefts

Several high-value thefts - including a Porsche worth tens of thousands of pounds - are being probed by police in Aberdeenshire.

The black Porsche 911 - worth a "mid five-figure sum" - was taken from Panmure Way in Potterton on Monday.

It was later recovered in the Newmachar area.

An orange KTM motorcycle worth more than £10,000 was also taken. Pitmedden and Turriff thefts are also being investigated.

Police Scotland said they were keeping an "open mind" as to whether the thefts were linked.
