Mosstodloch car incident was not suspicious

An incident in which a 10-year-old boy was approached by a man in a car in a Moray village was not suspicious, police have said.

It happened in Mosstodloch's Glebe Road on Wednesday at about 13:25.

Police Scotland had earlier appealed for information to establish the circumstances.

A spokesperson said: "Police can confirm that there was nothing untoward. The media and public are thanked for their assistance."
