Police probing 'serious' assault in Aberdeen

An assault on two teenagers in Aberdeen which left one with "serious" injuries is being probed by police.

The men, aged 17 and 18, were assaulted in Little Chapel Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The 18-year-old needed treatment at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary,

Police Scotland said officers were particularly keen to speak to a group of five or six men seen in the area at the time. They were described as wearing dark clothing.

Police are also looking to trace a potential third victim, seen wearing a grey top and white collared shirt, who was standing in the queue at Club Tropicana.
