Police probing a series of attempted thefts from cash machines in the north east of Scotland have renewed their appeal for information.

Officers want to trace Kevin Schruyers, 40, who was said to have been living in the Aberdeenshire area last year.

He may have returned to Liverpool, possibly the Huyton or Kirkby areas of the city.

Police Scotland appealed for anyone with information to contact them, quoting Operation Thrip.
