Carronhill School staff member reported over 'internet behaviour'

A member of staff at an Aberdeenshire special school has been suspended over alleged inappropriate behaviour on the internet.

Letters have been sent to parents of pupils at Carronhill school in Stonehaven informing them of the case.

Aberdeenshire Council said it was aware a report had been sent to the procurator fiscal.

A spokesperson said it involved a staff member and communications on a social networking site.
