Firefighters tackle buses and car blaze at Peterculter

An investigation has been launched after fire destroyed buses and a car on the outskirts of Aberdeen.

Firefighters were called to a farm at North Lasts near Peterculter shortly before 01:00 and spent two hours tackling the incident.

Five single-decker buses and a car were destroyed.

Aberdeen station manager Dave Meldrum said a joint investigation would be carried out with Police Scotland.
