Cyclist dies after lorry crash in Aberdeen

A cyclist has died after being involved in a crash with a lorry in Aberdeen.

The emergency services were called to Anderson Drive at the roundabout junction with Kings Gate at about 18:15.

Grampian Police said a male cyclist suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesman for the force said the road would remain closed in both directions for several hours while investigations were carried out.
