One of Aberdeen's oldest fish processing companies has ceased trading, BBC Scotland has learned.

Andrew Christie Junior Ltd - which was founded in 1946 - employed about 30 people.

It has been featuring in the current series of BBC Scotland's The Harbour television programme.

Provisional liquidator Gordon MacLure said the closure was indicative of the tough trading conditions in the industry at present.
