Two charged over Stonehaven 'stabbing' attack

Two men have been charged after a man was allegedly stabbed in an attack in Stonehaven.

The victim, aged in his 30s, was injured in what police described as a "serious assault" in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Grampian Police said two men - aged 19 and 27 - had been charged in connection with the incident.

A force spokesperson said the two men were expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Friday.
