Inverness man accused of supplying drugs

A man has appeared in court following the discovery of drugs in Inverness.

Police said cannabis and cocaine were recovered from a property in Merkinch, Inverness, on Saturday.

James Hampton, 32, of Inverness, appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday and was accused of supplying drugs.

He made no plea, was committed for further examination and was remanded in custody.
