Scotland's ski resorts report busy holiday period
Snowsports centres enjoyed an "extremely busy" three weeks because of the Scottish and English half-term school holidays, says Ski-Scotland.

Skier Ellie Cary, from London, at Nevis Range, one of Scotland's five mountain resorts. The others are Glenshee, Lecht, Glencoe Mountain and CairnGorm Mountain.
Ski-Scotland said the half-term holiday figures had still to be finalised but involved at least 83,305 skier days.
A skier day means one person who skis or snowboards on one day. Many of the same people return to the slopes several times during the season.
