Nessie versus sheep in Inverness match ticket promotion
Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC have had some fun with the graphics on an official online ticket sales promotion for an upcoming game against Aberdeen.
It shows the Loch Ness Monster in blue, which is one of the team colours of Inverness, and two sheep in the red of the Dons.
Aberdeen fans have for sometime embraced a derogatory reference to them being sheep.
The game will be played in Inverness on Monday night.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle have previously run tongue-in-cheek promotions on line.
Last year, the club posted a picture of a sombrero-wearing pony standing in one of the goals at its stadium.
The photograph was accompanied by the message: "Ahead of our European campaign next season, delighted to announce our new signing Neigh-mar".
The pun was a reference to Brazilian footballer Neymar.
