Man who died in Black Isle crash named

A driver who died in a two-vehicle crash north of Inverness has been named by police.

Angus Plowman, 20, was driving a black Volkswagen which collided with black Renault on the A832 Avoch to Munlochy road near Rosehaugh on the Black Isle.

The crash happened at about 11:00 on Monday.

Mr Plowman was from Fortrose. The occupants of the other vehicle received minor injuries but did not require further treatment.
