Trains slow down after lorry hits bridge at Carrbridge

An articulated lorry has hit a railway bridge on the line between Aviemore to Inverness.

The incident happened at the crossing over the A938 near Carrbridge at about 1145 GMT.

Northern Constabulary, who have been dealing with the accident, said no-one was injured.

ScotRail said the strike had not caused the section of line to be closed, but trains were travelling slower over the bridge as a precaution.
