Stornoway Lifeboat refloats grounded yacht

RNLI lifeboat crew were scrambled to aid a stricken yacht which had grounded on rocks at the entrance to Stornoway harbour.

The Jaybee had hit the Sgeir Mhor rocks next to the harbour on the Isle of Lewis.

The lifeboat was launched at 1911 BST on Tuesday and helped to refloat the grounded vessel with the use of its Y-boat.

There were no reports of injuries during the incident.
