Police are attempting to trace a man who exposed himself to a 65-year-old woman in a Glasgow cemetery.

The man targeted the woman in the old Cathcart Cemetery, on Netherlee Road, at about 11:00 on Monday.

He then ran across Netherlee Road into the new cemetery, towards Linn Park.

The man is described as between 28 and 30 years old and 5ft 8in tall. He was wearing a white baseball cap, a white short-sleeved t-shirt, grey jogging bottoms and white trainers.

Det Con Derek Rennie said: "This was a very disturbing incident for the victim and it is important that we trace the man responsible.

"The victim spoke to a man right after the incident who is believed to have seen the suspect making off.

"This man is described as around 40-years-old and was in the company of a young girl and four black and white spaniel dogs.

"He was standing next to his maroon/red saloon car parked on Netherlee Road. We would like to speak to this man as he may be able to provide us with information about the suspect."
