Two men have been cleared of making threatening remarks to Rangers investors Sandy and James Easdale.

Barrie Donnelly, 38, and Mark Sweeten, 42, were accused of shouting, swearing and making abusive remarks outside Ibrox Stadium on 8 November last year.

They went on trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court but were acquitted when the Crown withdrew the charge against them.

Mr Donnelly, from Uddingston, South Lanarkshire and Mr Sweeten, of Glasgow, had denied the charges against them.
