Two men arrested over death of James Morrison

Two men aged 23 and 46 have been arrested in connection with the death of a man who was injured during a disturbance in South Lanarkshire.

James Morrison, 26, died in hospital nine days after sustaining a leg wound during the incident in Auchinraith Terrace, Blantyre, on 23 August.

A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.

Last week, Anthony Brown, 37, from Bothwell, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court in relation to the same incident.
