A West Lothian man has appeared in court charged with scarring a pub-goer for life in a glass attack.
Paul Tarimo, 35, from Livingston, appeared on petition from custody at Livingston Sheriff Court.
He made no plea to a charge of assault to permanent disfigurement to a 33-year-old on Saturday in Linlithgow High Street and the case against him was continued for further inquiries.
He was released on bail pending a future court appearance.
