Man named after body found in Fife river

A man found dead in the River Tay in Newburgh, Fife, has been formally identified.

William Rattray, 77, from Perthshire, was found in an area near East Shore Road on Monday 21 December.

He had been reported missing in November.

Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
