Man killed in Edinburgh flat disturbance named

A man who died after being stabbed during a disturbance at a block of flats in Edinburgh has been named by police.

Married William McPhee, 43, from Clarinda Terrace and Greendykes in the Inch area of the city, died on Tuesday. A 41-year-old man was also injured.

Lothian and Borders Police has launched a murder inquiry.

They have appealed for anyone with information about the disturbance to get in touch.
