Fatal Edinburgh house fire jump woman named

A woman who leapt from the window of a burning house in Edinburgh and later died has been named.

Stephanie Foley, 35, from Edinburgh, had serious burns when she jumped from the blaze just before 0245 GMT on Monday in Fernieside Avenue.

A 40-year-old man was taken to hospital and treated for smoke inhalation.

There were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire or Ms Foley's death. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
