Man arrested in Ballymena over right-wing extremism

Police investigating right-wing extremism have arrested a 26-year-old man in Ballymena.

The arrest is over "extreme right-wing views about tensions in north eastern Europe", Det Insp Andy Workman said.

The man is also being questioned about suspicious activity in a forest in County Antrim.

Four men arrested last week as part of the investigation were released pending reports to the Public Prosecution Service.

The men, aged 29, 30, 36 and 46, had been arrested in Ballymena and Coleraine.
