Armagh: Two men charged with money laundering offences after £400,000 seized

Two men have been charged with a number of money laundering offences.

The men, aged 32 and 30, face a range of charges, including possessing criminal property.

The charges relate to the seizure of over £400,000 worth of cash after a lorry was stopped on the Portadown Road in Armagh on Wednesday night.

The 30-year-old is also charged with the seizure of four watches and £4,000 of cash found during a search of a property in Armagh.

Both men are due to appear in Craigavon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
