Caledon man Paul Brady denies crash charges

A County Tyrone man has denied two charges connected to the death of his father in a crash.

Paul Alexander Brady, 45, of Minterburn Road in Caledon, denied causing the death of Phelim Brady by driving while disqualified and causing his death by driving while not insured.

He appeared at Dungannon Crown Court on 8 April.

Phelim Brady was killed in a crash involving a tractor and a lorry on the A4 road in Dungannon on 25 June 2014.
