Castlewellan cannabis factories: Four held over £150,000 drugs haul

Police said two cannabis factories were uncovered in the operation

Four people have been arrested after cannabis plants believed to be worth more than £150,000 were seized by police in Castlewellan, County Down.

Police said "substantial cannabis factories" were found at properties on the Circular Road and Corrywood Park on Tuesday.

Two 33-year-old men and a 22-year-old woman were detained after the Circular Road search and a 30-year-old man was arrested in Corrywood Park.

All four remain in custody.
