A 44-year-old man, arrested by detectives investigating a mortar bomb attack on police Land Rover in west Belfast last month, has been released without charge.
The device was detonated as officers passed the City Cemetery on the Falls Road on 14 March. No-one was injured but a family's car was hit by debris.
He was arrested in west Belfast on Monday.
The dissident republican group calling itself the IRA claimed responsibility.
Sources said the device contained newly acquired Semtex explosives.
