Dissident republican suspects held as guns found in Dublin

Two men arrested in Dublin on Saturday afternoon as part of an investigation into dissident republican activity are still being questioned.

The men were arrested at James Street in the city. Two handguns were also recovered at the scene.

In a follow up search on Saturday afternoon, a quantity of ammunition was found in Limerick.

The men, one of whom is in his 30s and the other in his 60s, are being held at Clondalkin Garda Station.
