Thich Nhat Hanh urges MLAs to embrace mindfulness

Stormont MLAs have been urged to enter a new zone and connect with their spiritual side.

Earlier, the 85-year-old Buddhist told a packed senate chamber the importance of focusing on the present and not dwelling on the past.
