Man injured in Belfast gun attack

A 35-year-old man has been shot in the leg in north Belfast.

The shooting happened in Jamaica Street, in the Ardoyne area, just before 20:00 GMT on Monday.

The victim has been taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The area has been cordoned off by police.
