Dungannon stabbing victim dies of injuries

A 29-year-old man who was stabbed in Dungannon has died of his injuries.

Audrius Aukstuolis, who was a Lithuanian national, was attacked in the Anne Street area of the town at about 1200 GMT on Wednesday.

Detectives from the PSNI's serious crime branch have launched a murder inquiry.

A police spokesperson said the attacker was believed to be about 5ft 6 in, of slim to medium build, has dark hair and was wearing a black jacket.

The PSNI have asked for anyone who was in the area of Anne Street or Iris Street at the time of the incident to contact them.
