A County Antrim man has been arrested as part of an investigation by SOCA, the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
In all 27 people were arrested - 22 in Liverpool, three in London, one in Lancashire and a 48-year-old Cushendall man who was detained in Scotland.
The investigation targeted people suspected of drug trafficking, money laundering, and producing and supplying false identity documents.
A house and apartment in Cushendall were searched as part of the inquiry.
More than 200 officers were involved in the two-day operation across the UK.
A spokesperson said cash, Class A drugs and forged documents had been seized.
