Shot is fired at man in north Belfast

A shot has been fired at a man during an incident in north Belfast on Monday night.

At about 2245 BST, two men and a woman in their 20s were in a house in Torrens Crescent when they heard a noise at the front door.

One of the man went to have a look and saw a man leaving the property.

He chased him and as he ran past a car, a man got out and fired a shot at him. No-one was injured.

The car believed to have been used - a blue Toyota Carina - was later found burnt out at Elmfield Street.
