Special services have been held across Wiltshire to remember members of the armed forces killed in conflict.

In Salisbury some 4,000 people gathered around the city's war memorial in Market Place to hear a short address from the city's mayor Jo Broom.

Following the Last Post the parade moved on to St Thomas' Church for a remembrance service.

In Swindon civic dignitaries were joined by the town's MPs at the Cenotaph in Regent Circus.

The service of remembrance was led by the Bishop of Swindon, Lee Rayfield.

In Devizes several hundred people lined Market Square ahead of a service in St John's Church.
