Man bailed following fatal two-car collision in Swindon

A man arrested on suspicion of causing the death of a 33-year-old man in Swindon by dangerous driving has been released on bail, police said.

Paul Winters, from Swindon, died and a second man, aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital following the two-car crash on Thamesdown Drive on Sunday.

Two men, from Swindon, were arrested. One man was bailed and the other released without charge, police said.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, near Orbital Retail Park.

It happened at 06:30 BST and involved a blue Vauxhall Astra and a red Nissan.
