Wiltshire Council pledges £61m in housing improvements

Wiltshire Council has pledged to spend £61m on housing improvements over the next five years.

The authority said work on council houses could include upgrading fencing and installing new kitchens and heating systems.

It said the improvements would be influenced by feedback from tenants who live in council housing.

A spokesman said: "We are committed to providing high-quality housing."
