Flood damaged GP surgery reopens in Cumbria

A GP surgery in Cockermouth which was forced to relocate to temporary buildings after the Cumbrian floods is returning back to its former premises.

Derwent House Surgery will relocate back to its former home in Wakefield Road on Monday.

The surgery moved into temporary buildings at Cockermouth Community Hospital in December 2009.

Renovation work started in April and patients should now use the newly refurbished surgery.
