Darlington bus crash victim Eileen Brennan 'dearly missed'
The family of a pensioner who died when a bus crashed on a busy high street say she will be "dearly missed".
Pedestrian Eileen Brennan was killed when the vehicle hit a branch of Halifax bank in Darlington's Northgate on Thursday.
The 82-year-old has been described as a "beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother".
The bus driver, a 52-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and bailed.
Veering off the road, the vehicle hit a pillar near the bank's entrance at about 11:00 BST, Durham Police said.
The cause is being investigated.
